Mercy Care Centre is a subacute health service that provides a range of community and aged care health service for the people of Young and the surrounding region.
Our services include aged care assessment, rehabilitation, respite care, speech pathology, occupational therapy, social work and physiotherapy, and dementia respite in the home.
The centre joined the Mercy Health in April 2007 and works closely with Mt St Joseph’s Nursing Home in Young, which also joined the group in April 2007.
